COVID-19 Safety Policy

At H2 Property Management we will endeavour to provide a safe work environment for everyone.

For our COVID-19 Safety Policy, we will:

• Respond swiftly to any instances of suspected infection.
• Address the level of risk associated with various workplaces.
• Consider individual staff and customer risk factors and respond accordingly.
• Keep a log of contacts and locations to facilitate tracing
• Ensure that appropriate hygiene facilities are in place to accommodate staff
  adhering to hand hygiene measures.
• Make available advice and training on how to perform hand hygiene effectively.
• Display posters on how to wash hands in appropriate locations.
• Ensure correct hand hygiene is practiced.
• Wear face masks and other PPE when required to do so.
• Stay 2 metres from other people in accordance with physical distancing guidelines..
• Practice correct respiratory hygiene.
• Ensure our surfaces are cleaned in accordance with guidelines.
• Limit physical visits and contacts when possible and use.
• Promote the use of digital technology (Zoom etc) when appropriate.

How to wash your hands with soap and water

1. Wet your hands with warm water and apply soap.
2. Rub your hands together palm to palm until the soap forms a lather.
3. Rub the back of one hand with your palm and fingers spread so you wash between fingers. Repeat with the other hand.
4. Interlock the top of your hands and rub your fingertips – this cleans your fingertips and knuckles.
5. Then finally grasp your thumb tightly and twist to make sure your thumbs are cleaned. Repeat with the other hand.
6. This should take at least 20 seconds.
7. Rinse your hands under running water.
8. Dry your hands with a clean towel or paper towel.
